Dustin Imray
Dustin was born and raised in Baraboo, Wisconsin, and relocated to Grand Rapids, Michigan, to attend Kendall College of Art and Design and graduated with a BFA in furniture design and a minor in sculpture. After a year-long stint as the principal design assistant for furniture designer Vladimir Kagan in NYC, Dustin decided to move back to Wisconsin and work for his family flooring business in Baraboo, where he has had 15 years of experience in all types of flooring. Dustin lives in Madison, Wisconsin, with his wife, their two children, their dog, Annie and three pet quail. He has continued his interest in furniture design and sculpture through welding, metal work, glass works and now, through textile design and creation with Carpeterior!
Mats Rudels
Mats Rudels, an innovative artist and photographer from Sweden, embarked on his creative journey in 1994 when he moved to New York City to study at the International Center of Photography. Rising through the ranks of advertising, Rudels maintained his passion for art, challenging conventions and captivating audiences with his unique vision. Seeking solace and inspiration, he settled in Madison, Wisconsin, infusing his work with depth and authenticity. Today, Rudels continues to redefine artistic expression, seamlessly blending innovation with tradition. He resides in Madison with his wife, two daughters, and their dog Trixie, finding joy and inspiration in their shared experiences amidst nature’s embrace.
